Could not read the spreadsheet
Your current choices are kept. Check that the tab name in the range is spelled exactly as in the spreadsheet. If the name contains spaces, put it between apostrophes, for example 'My sessions'!A2:A. If the file was moved or its sharing changed, choose it again with Change spreadsheet.
A list was replaced by mistake
Click Restore previous choices on the link. The old list comes back and the link is paused, so the next response doesn’t overwrite it. Fix the spreadsheet, then click Resume.
Updates after each response stopped
Open the add-on again from the puzzle-piece icon. If Google asks for permission, accept it. If you use a yearly plan, check that it’s still active.
I can’t see the sidebar
Close it, reload the form page, then open Quietools Lists again from the puzzle-piece icon.
